Jeff W. Brock:  Founder CEO


Jeff Brock is the founder and CEO of Key Property Solutions, LLC, the parent to the Key Property family of companies.   Since 2001 he has acquired, managed and sold over $75,000,000 in property developing extensive knowledge of the residential real estate market in the metro Atlanta area.  Key Properties has completed over 1,500 renovations. Currently, Key Properties has more than $50,000,000 in assets under management comprised of more than 1,500 single family rental homes.  Mr. Brock has personally served in every function within the organization and as a result is able to drive efficiency and profitability in all areas of the company.

In 2010, what is considered one of the most difficult years in real estate, the company sold 174 homes.   Mr. Brock’s focus on operations, construction expertise, and understanding of the residential real estate market fueled the company’s exponential growth in this challenging market.   Operating from the investor’s perspective Mr. Brock’s organization provides superior value and a high level of customer satisfaction to property management clients.   The original reason for starting the brokerage and property management company was to serve his biggest client, himself.

Prior to founding Key Property Solutions, Mr. Brock served as Senior Operations Manager at Federal Express. During his 15 years there, he managed multiple costs centers and developed processes used company-wide to increase productivity and measure the effectiveness of these processes.  During his tenure at FedEx, Mr. Brock began accumulating income producing properties for his own portfolio until he formed Key Property Solutions in 2001 and transitioned to investing in real estate full time.   Mr. Brock is a native of Atlanta and resides in Kennesaw, GA with his wife Judy and three children.

Theresa Mull:  Real Estate Broker / Property Manager

Theresa Mull is the co-owner and managing broker of Key Property Realty, LLC and currently manages over 400 single family rental properties.  Theresa is a licensed Realtor and member of Atlanta's chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).  Mrs. Mull has developed a comprehensive property management program providing turnkey rental services, market analysis, advertising, tenant placement, professional administrative services, and management of property maintenance on a 24x7 basis 365 days a year.  Her program maximizes profitability and tenant retention by accepting only the highest quality applicants and implementing systems to ensure a high level of responsiveness and high quality customer service to tenants and owners.  As a result, Theresa manages her portfolio to a vacancy rate of less than 5% with average tenant retention at 31 months.  When turnover does occur, her team is able to quickly find a suitable replacement in 14-21 days including completion of repairs.  Theresa is personally committed to ongoing communication with both real estate investors and single home owners, and considers it a priority that they can contact her any time.  In the end, the quality of your relationship with the Property Management team will be vital to the success of your rental home.  Theresa oversees the entire Property Management operation, and takes personal pride in ensuring that every transaction and relationship is cared for in the smoothest, most ethical manner.  

Prior to her career as a real estate professional, Mrs. Mull held high level management positions in operations and logistics at Renaissance Cruise Lines and at Princess Cruise Lanes.  in these positions, she managed the passage of 3,000 passengers and 1,200 crew members at ports of call all over the world.  Her responsibilities included interfacing with customs agents and government officials, compliance with local immigration procedures, and managing profitability as it related to efficient entrance and exit of a major cruise line in and out of port.  Her commitment to continuous process improvement and ability to proactive approach prepared her well for her role as property manager at Key Property Realty.  She develops strong trusting relationships with her clients, provides superior value at competitive rates and guides owners toward profitability by keeping properly rented at the highest rates.  Mrs. Mull resides in Acworth, GA with her husband and two step-children.

Chip Isabella: VP of Retail Sales


Chip Isabella began his sales career in real estate in 1997 with Re/Max partners in Coral Springs, FL and quickly became a top producer.  In 2000 Mr. Isabella co-founded Exit Team Realty and rapidly grew the company with his partner to 400 agents in a three year period to become the number one brokerage in sales production in the entire Exit Realty franchise.  His brokerage held that position for four consecutive years.  Their explosive growth was driven by innovative marketing techniques and delivery of high quality training programs designed to enhance agent production.  Mr. Isabella is an expert at building marketing programs to drive sales.  His core strengths lie in his ability to effectively communicate key features and benefits to the marketplace through multiple sales and marketing channels.  His experience in selling pre-construction inventory in the south Florida market translated very well to Key Property Realty where he is able to offer a buy-from-builder experience to agents and home owners.  In 2010, as a result of his efforts, Key Property Realty sold 174 properties.  He has built a large network of agents that know our product and how we do business, driving both investor and owner occupant buyers to our doorstep.  Mr. Isabella lives in Suwanee, GA with his wife Sally and their two children Nick and Brooke.

Kyle Sweet: VP of Operations


Kyle Sweet manages the entire construction and maintenance division across five operating counties and is supported by six field managers and one maintenance manager.  His group currently renovates over 30 properties a month.  During his tenure at Key Property Solutions he has managed 350 projects, of which 250 were from purchase to renovation to disposition.  Mr. Sweet is also a strategic member of the acquisition team in executing the monthly auctions.  In this role he and his team perform an analysis of over 1000 properties in a four day period to determine the best acquisition prospects.  Mr. Sweet’s direct oversight from property selection to renovation and punch out provides a 360 degree view of each deal that maximizes profitability, quality control and project efficiency.  To further reduce costs Mr. Sweet establishes and maintains relationships with key suppliers to negotiate volume discounts.


Prior to joining Key Property Solutions, Mr. Sweet spent 13 years as Operations Manager for a Print Time franchise.  He excelled in this environment where details, consistency and speed are all critical to the success of the business.  These qualities have also served him well in the real estate business.  He started rehabbing homes with his father at the age of sixteen, which laid the foundation for him to buy, fix and sell four primary residences every two years by age 28.  He has been involved in renovation and investing for most of his adult life.  Mr. Sweet lives in Acworth with his wife, Michelle and son Kyle. 

Nichole Achord - Marketing Specialist

Nichole assists new owner clientele and manages the addition of each of their rental properties to their Key Property Realty portfolio.  She prepares the marketing information needed to lease our vacant properties & to market our homes for sale.  Nichole also created our internship program, where she has great attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and is always ready to go the extra mile.  Nichole has a degree in marketing and has extensive past work experience in several different industries.  As the hub of many activities, Nichole is able to connect you to the specialist trained to handle your specific management requests.  She brings a high degree of professionalism to the Key Property Realty team.

Matt Power - Maintenance Manager

His responsibilities include overseeing property maintenance, vendor relationships, and provides customer service to assist owners and tenants.  Repairs can be very costly to Owner's.  Matt coordinates his services with the tenants as he helps them identify common problems, and directs them to the management office to report those issues for repair.  He also works with owners to identify the cost effectiveness of pursuing some of the more costly repairs which he locates at the properties.  Previously, Matt owned and operated a remodeling and construction company.

Chirs Raines 

Chris has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Atlanta area since 1996. She has vast experience in both office management and full-charge bookkeeping. She is responsible for receiving and reconciling all incoming tenant transactions, owner statements, and disbursing rental income. She is also in charge of maintenance billing, bank deposits, credit card reconciliation, and accounts payable. She ensures all transactions are carried out smoothly, with accuracy and efficiency. Her Real Estate background and her diversified experience gives her an advantage and makes her a great fit here at key Property Realty.

Robbie Hewitt

Mr. Robert Hewitt is an Associate Broker at Key Property Realty, LLC. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the North Metro Real Estate Investors Association. Prior to Key Property Realty Robbie worked as a buyer's agent at Rasmus Real Estate Group, one of Atlanta's largest REO brokers. Prior to Rasmus, Robbie was the GA rep for a national 1031 exchange facilitator. Robbie started his career in real estate in 1996 working with a San Diego investor who bought properties subject-to and re-sold them with wrap loans. In his years as a Realtor, Robbie has helped his clients achieve their real estate dreams and build their wealth through purchasing investment real estate. Robbie is a hands-on person who also invests in single family rental real estate.
